Minecraft, windows 10 edition

So I did it. I upgraded my laptop to windows 10 and you know what that means? Minecraft windows 10 edition yay! now lets see how great it is.... oh wait hang on updates.

Ok im in! Now lets set this up! Game mode survival, more options. Generate structures ON. world type default, Allow cheats hmmmm i'll go for off. Bonus chest On i think. lets go!

Create New World!

So i have spawnd next to some water and a load of oak trees, thats a good start, lets look in this chest.

1 stone pickaxe
1 wooden pickaxe
5 pieces of Acacia wood
4 sticks
1 piece of oak wood

Well that's pretty good for starters! although i do know this is completely random.

Ah ok now I know why it doesn't look any different... im still on the old version my bad! Be right back!

Hmmm I know I installed the windows 10 edition, why is it putting me on the older version? I'll search on my laptop. OK search does NOT want to work for me and not letting me type. great. wait hang on... whaaaaat? screen has gone black apart from search bar. Where has all my stuffs gone? help!

Coffee is made and my laptop is... still restarting. Let's cheat *power button hold* and now its doing something. Sorry Erza! (My laptop is called Erza).

Ok we are back in business let's start up windows 10 edition. Wow that's chunky.  So we have worlds, realms and friends tabs. I don't have any friends so we will ignore that tab :)

Survival, now for advanced which i am presuming is more options?
Right i can choose world type and if i want creative or survival. not many options there.

That was helpful I spawned under water! Ok trees, trees are good! *punches trees* Lets make a crafting table! E. what? This looks familiar....*makes crafting table* *makes wooden axe * OK lets get my bearings F3, F3, F3 what? where's my info? ESC that's no use either. It's...just like..

new year

So been a while since I last posted but life has been hectic. I've started work now and its great. Im now a support worker so rewarding. The child now eats pasta thanks to her watching super nanny. The cats have their care plan sorted. The house is spotless and I'm loving everything. Its amazing what a few changes in life can make. Now I have organised my life I can make time for my friends and family. I don't think I can be any happier, unless Loki turns up at my door and says "come on looser let's conquer the world" or if the doctor turns up with the T.A.R.D.I.S.... Everyone can dream :)
